Effective Date: 28 April 2026 Last Updated: 28 April 2026

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. This procedure complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and analogous UK and EU rules.

C.1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content distributed via the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Designated Agent for Copyright Notices APLeads Ltd dmca@apsalescoach.com [Postal address — pending]

C.2. What your notice must include

To be effective, your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone, email);
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

C.3. Counter-notice

If you believe a notice was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information, identifying the material removed and stating under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

C.4. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

C.5. Misrepresentations

Section 512(f) of the DMCA imposes liability on persons who knowingly materially misrepresent in a notice or counter-notice. Don't lie.
