C.1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content distributed via the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

C.2. What your notice must include
To be effective, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone, email);
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
C.3. Counter-notice
If you believe a notice was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information, identifying the material removed and stating under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
C.4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
C.5. Misrepresentations
Section 512(f) of the DMCA imposes liability on persons who knowingly materially misrepresent in a notice or counter-notice. Don't lie.
