This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for AP Sales Coach. It supplements our Terms of Service (apsalescoach.com/legal/terms) and your statutory rights as a consumer.
A.1. 14-day money-back guarantee
For your first paid subscription period with AP Sales Coach, we offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee. If at any point in the first 14 days you decide the App is not for you, email support@apsalescoach.com with your account email and we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
The 14 days run from the date of your first successful payment, not from your trial start.
A.2. Refunds outside the 14-day window
After the initial 14-day guarantee window, refunds are at our discretion and we will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances where we typically issue a refund include:
- Material service outages affecting your ability to use the App for an extended period;
- Billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges, charges after cancellation);
- Failure of the Service to perform in line with material representations made in our marketing.
We do not typically issue refunds for:
- "Change of mind" cancellations after 14 days;
- Partial billing periods after cancellation (you retain access until the end of the period);
- Inability to install or use the App due to your device, OS configuration, network, or your own choices, after we have made reasonable support efforts.
A.3. Cancellation vs refund
- Cancellation ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date and you are not charged again. Cancellation is self-service via the in-app subscription manager or via the Stripe Customer Portal link in your billing emails.
- Refund returns money to your original payment method.
The two are independent. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.
A.4. UK consumer rights
If you are a UK consumer (i.e., not purchasing for business, trade, or professional use) you have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
- A 14-day cancellation right from the day you start your paid subscription, during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
- This right is preserved by our 14-day money-back guarantee above.
A.5. How to request a refund
Email support@apsalescoach.com with:
- Your account email
- The Stripe receipt or invoice number
- A short note explaining the circumstances (helps us improve, not required for the 14-day guarantee)
We aim to respond within one business day and to process the refund within seven business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
